Workshop in Glasgow
It's high time I let you know about the workshop I'll be running at Grassroots Organics in Glasgow next Sunday 11th October:
"HOW TO INTRODUCE MORE RAW FOOD INTO YOUR LIFE AND WHY YOU MIGHT WANT TO.
Even this far north as we head towards winter you can take steps towards introducing more satisfying nutritious raw vegetarian food into your life. Judy Barber shares recipes for delicious dishes to delight even the most traditional diners. Much illness and disease is caused at least in part by the wrong food. Judy will teach you what underpins this wonderful and economical 'raw and living' vegan way of eating that is helping so many to heal, to reach their ideal weight and to gain more strength, vitality and energy. You’ll learn something about sprouting, wheatgrass, green juices, juicers and blenders. Judy will answer your questions and show you food being prepared. This presentation is for beginners along with those who know something and want to learn more . You'll be served juices and lunch, as far a possible with fresh organic ingredients available in Grassroots."
